Privacy Policy

The short version

• We never see the URLs you visit or route
• We collect no personal data, no names, no email addresses through the app
• Anonymous app-health signals are sent via TelemetryDeck — no identifying information
• Your rules and settings live entirely on your Mac
• We don't sell data. We never will.

Analytics — what we collect

Our apps use TelemetryDeck for privacy-safe analytics. TelemetryDeck is a German analytics service built specifically to be GDPR-compliant and privacy-respecting by default.

The signals we send include things like:

• appLaunched — the app started, along with how many browsers and rules you have configured (as numbers only)
• linkRouted — a URL was routed, along with which app triggered it (e.g. "com.apple.mail")

No URLs are ever included. No personal data is ever included. Your device is identified by a one-way cryptographic hash — it cannot be reversed to identify you or your machine. TelemetryDeck does not receive your IP address in a form that can identify you.

What we don't collect

• The URLs you open or route
• Your browsing history
• Your name, email address, or any contact information (via the app)
• Your location
• Clipboard contents
• Keystrokes or screen contents
• Any file data from your Mac

Local data

All routing rules, preferences, and app configuration are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS preferences storage. We have no access to this data — it never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Update checks

Our apps periodically check for updates by fetching a version file hosted on GitHub. This is a standard HTTP request — GitHub will receive your IP address as part of the request, as they do for any visit to their servers. We do not log or store this information. You can turn off automatic update checks in Settings.

Purchases & payments

When you buy, your payment information goes directly to our payment processor — not to us. We do not store or handle credit card details at any point.

Our payment processor may share your email address with us to deliver your license key. We use that email only to fulfil your purchase. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

This website

relaylabs.cc does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The website uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous page-view analytics — the same privacy-safe approach as our apps. No personal data is collected.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP addresses, request paths) as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Support emails

If you contact us at hi@relaylabs.cc, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your query. We do not share support correspondence with third parties.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hi@relaylabs.cc and we will delete it.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• TelemetryDeck — anonymous analytics
• Vercel — website hosting
• GitHub — update version file hosting

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services beyond the scope described above.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
