Terms of Service

1. License grant

When you purchase a RelayLabs app, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one Mac computer that you own or control.

Your license key may be transferred to a different Mac once — for example, if you replace your machine. To transfer, deactivate the license on your current Mac via Settings, then activate it on the new one. If you need help with a transfer, contact us at hi@relaylabs.cc.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key. Each license is for one person on one machine at a time.

2. Permitted use

You may use RelayLabs apps for personal and commercial purposes on your licensed device. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
• Use the software to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the software

3. Payment

All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are no recurring charges. All prices are listed in USD.

4. Updates

We ship updates when they're ready. Bug fixes and minor improvements are provided at no additional cost. Future pricing for major version upgrades, if any, will be announced before release. We do not guarantee any specific update schedule or feature roadmap.

5. Intellectual property

All RelayLabs software, including its code, design, icons, and branding, is owned by RelayLabs. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Your license is a right to use, not a right to own.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every macOS version or hardware configuration. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.

Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelayLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising out of or related to your use of the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Your license terminates automatically and without notice if you breach these terms. On termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your devices. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
