Refund Policy

RelayLabs sells software products as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete and a license key has been issued.

Why no refunds?

Unlike physical goods, software can't be "returned" — once a license key is issued, the product has been delivered in full. Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

  • Read the full feature list on the product page
  • Check the system requirements (macOS 13 or later)
  • Email us at hi@relaylabs.cc with any pre-sale questions

We want you to be confident before you buy, not regretful after.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product
  • Non-delivery — you completed payment but never received a license key
  • Critical defect — the software has a serious bug that makes it unusable on a supported macOS version, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time

If any of these apply, email hi@relaylabs.cc with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review it and respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, your license will be revoked immediately. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before disputing a charge.
